Spanish Condo also known as
Spanish Place Condominium is located on the main Sukhumvit road that goes to
Bangkok. I pass it a couple of times a week on my way to the bus station. I
must say it looks...well it looks sort of Spanish. So if you can't afford a
condo on the Costa del Sol try Pattaya, sort of home from home without the
Sangria and the football hooligans. On second thoughts there are plenty of
British football hooligans in Pattaya, so just bring your own Sangria.
There's a total of 720 units in the complex as a whole, in
three sizes. The small studio apartments are 32 sqm and the largest suites
with two bedrooms are 96 sqm. Spanish Place has always been popular with
Europeans, and they remain the largest buyer category to this day. At first
the buyers were mostly retirees says project manager Teanchai
Jiraporndeesorn but lately we have seen younger customers searching for
holiday homes or because they are working in the eastern seaboard.
Every
project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the
information you glean from these pages and from our
Pattaya
Jomtien Property Blog will help you to make a shortlist and to
save you time when you physically get around to visiting and making your
choice for your dream home by the beach.
